Mark E. Blair, M.D.

ABPN Certified Psychiatrist
Founder & CEO

Dr. Mark Blair is a board certified adult psychiatrist. Dr. Blair graduated from the Indiana University School of Medicine in 2000, served in the US Air Force and went on to complete residency in general psychiatry at Wright State University, Boonshoft School of Medicine. In 2007, Dr. Blair received the “Excellence in Psychiatric Education” award for exemplary contributions in Psychiatric Education and Mentorship by the Department of Psychiatry at Wright State University. After residency, Dr. Blair has treated patients primarily in Columbus, Ohio at various treatment locations including Twin Valley Behavioral Healthcare, ViaQuest and Ohio Hospital for Psychiatry. In 2012, Dr. Blair transitioned to work primarily at Columbus Springs, where he served as Medical Director & Chief Medical Officer of Columbus Springs Hospitals until November of 2018. From November 2018 until November 2021, Dr. Blair served as Medical Director of SUN Behavioral Columbus. He founded Optimum TMS in 2017 and resigned his Medical Director position at SUN in 2021 so that he could focus full time on providing TMS therapy.  He is a member of the American Psychiatric Association, Ohio Psychiatric Association & The International Society for ECT and Neurostimulation and the Clinical TMS Society. He is experienced working with individuals suffering from a wide array of mental health conditions including depression, OCD, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and various anxiety disorders.

Lance D., MBA

Director

Serving as our Practice Coordinator since 2017, Lance brings over 18 years of experience in case management, business management, sales & entrepreneurship. In 2015, Lance earned an MBA from Ohio University and graduated Cum Laude with Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Bowling Green State University in 2008. Lance has administered thousands of TMS treatments, which has given him a unique perspective to see, firsthand, the positive impact that TMS therapy has had in patient’s lives. Lance’s passion in the rethinking the patient experience ensures that our operations are consistent with our mission and values of delivering the highest quality, patient centered care possible.

Jordan C., NASM CPT, WLS

Associate Director

Jordan was our first full time employee here at Optimum TMS. He served as our TMS Coordinator from 2018-2021. In 2021 he was promoted to Associate Director. Jordan has worked in the health and wellness arena since 2013 and holds multiple certificates through NASM as a Certified Personal Trainer, Weight Loss Specialist and a Certified Nutrition Coach. One of his primary goals is to help people become a better version of themselves through diet, exercise and technology. He has made positive impacts in helping hundreds of people over the years live happier, healthier lives. Jordan’s overall life goals and personal achievements, combined with his experience in delivering outstanding patient care make him an excellent part of our team.

Taylor

Program Development Coordinator

Taylor graduated from Cedarville university in 2019 with a B.A. in Psychology. She is currently obtaining her M.A. in clinical mental health counseling from Malone university with the desire to get her Ph.d in Comparative Psychology. Taylor has worked as a preschool teacher for two years and previously worked as a neurofeedback technician. Taylor authors and assists with psychological research studies in her spare time. Her life goal is to help improve the lives of those in her community through therapeutic interventions and applied research.

Hailee D., RBT

Organizational Development Coordinator

Meet Hailee! Hailee graduated from Capital University in 2019 with a Bachelor’s in Psychology. Since graduation Hailee worked with children with Autism as a Registered Behavioral Therapist (RBT), providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for 8 hours a day. Hailee then got promoted to the ABA Trainer, she worked part day providing therapy and the other part of the day training new RBTs to fulfil ABA. Hailee is also a Certified CPR Instructor. With Hailee’s love for helping others she came across Optimum TMS and joined our team as a Technician. When Hailee is not working she is spending time with friends and family, and eating some sweet treats!

Tom S.

Interventional Psychiatry Technician

Meet Tom. Tom has worked with patients for the last three years at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. Tom has a B.A. in Psychology from Kent State University where he also minored in Public Health. With years of clinical experience working one on one with patients, he plans to continue his education at OSU working toward his masters in Social Work. His goal is to become a clinical social worker and help improve the quality of life for as many individuals as possible. In his free time Tom loves to run, work out and swim!

Kylee H. 

Interventional Psychiatry Technician

Kylee graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services Administration in 2021. Kylee is currently working toward a masters degree in Healthcare Administration. She enjoys interacting with patients and seeing them get better, which is what drew her to Optimum TMS. In her free time, Kylee enjoys online shopping, binge watching TV shows, and spending time with family and friends.  


David W.

Interim Coordinator

David is a 2021 graduate from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science in Education and Human Development specializing in Exercise Physiology. Through the past years David has gained a wide variety of experience in working with people. He has always enjoyed working with individuals and listening to their goals. His passion is to help all people develop and become the person they wish to be. David plans to continue his educational growth in the field of sports psychology and sports medicine.  Outside of work David loves snowboarding and traveling with his girlfriend. He also enjoys painting and taking their cat on walks.

Jack K.

Interventional Psychiatry Technician

Jack graduated in 2022 with his Bachelor's degree in psychology from Ohio State. He is now returning to pursue a Doctorate in Audiology, where he wants to improve people’s day-to-day experiences through the realm of hearing. He enjoys clinical work because of the opportunity to develop connections with patients while improving their quality of life, making the TMS technician role a natural fit. In his free time, Jack likes to practice guitar and piano, read fiction, and spend time with friends."

Alex R.

Interventional Psychiatry Technician

Alex graduated from the University of South Florida in May of 2022 with a degree in Biology. He plans on attending a master's program in Genetic Counseling in the coming years. Similarly to genetic counseling, working as a TMS technician combines his interests in psychology and medicine. In his free time, Alex enjoys exploring parks in the Columbus area, trying new restaurants, and playing basketball.

AJ B.

Interventional Psychiatry Technician

AJ graduated from Shawnee State University in 2018 with a BA in Psychology. Since then, he has worked in mental/behavior health and gained great experience working with individuals from a variety of backgrounds. He enjoys helping those around him and seeing those around him make progress in their lives. His long-term goals are to get into IT and work in security so he can help others be protected from security threats. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, video games and playing with his cat Grayson!
